I love farmhouse shabby chic, so this beautiful heart tassel project was just perfect! Don’t get me wrong, I love pinks and reds, but you can only decorate with those colors for a short period, unless that is your color scheme of course! My style is more neutral tones, whites, creams, tans, etc. This piece incorporates all of those plus it’s a Valentine’s decoration!

Supplies Needed for this Project:
- Heart template (I used a foam heart, but you can use any heart template)
- Straight pins, scissors
- Burlap fabric
- Lace fabric
- Flatback pearls
- 1- 25MM wood bead
- Twine (I get mine from Dollar General)
- Cream yarn
- Lacy ribbon
- Clear tacky glue
- Cream satin rosettes
- Tiny paper flowers
- Stuffing
- Hot glue gun and glue

Do You Have a Valentine’s Tree??
If you’ve jumped on the Valentine’s tree bandwagon, this is perfect to use as an ornament! Make several in different sizes for your tree! Brush on a little bit of pink onto your burlap for a blush effect! So many ideas!
